Vincent G. Dong, is a member of the I.C.A.O. and has been a Chartered Accountant in Toronto for over twenty years. Vincent has devoted his career to the advertising industry. He served on the board of directors for the National Advertising Benevolent Society (N.A.B.S.), as treasurer, for eight years. He has written articles for Marketing Magazine. He has been a speaker at various agency seminars. He restricts his practice to the advertising industry. As a result of that experience, Vincent Dong delivers a vast and focused insight to the Canadian advertising industry.

He is a commerce graduate of McMaster University and earned his Chartered Accountant designation while articling at Ernst & Young.

Prior to embarking on his own companies, Vincent worked for a large privately owned advertising agency as the company's controller.

Vincent founded the only boutique Accounting & Consulting practice in the advertising industry 17 years ago in Toronto.

In 2002, Vincent Dong became the President of Advantage Software Canada Inc., a sister company to The Advantage Software Corporation (TASC). TASC is a United States based organization and is the leading provider of agency management systems for medium to large size agencies. Currently, over 400 agencies use Advantage to streamline their day-to-day workflow and manage profitability and productivity.

In 2007, Vincent opened the first language school in Toronto (L.E.A.P.) unique to teaching foreign-born accounting professionals how to communicate and adapt to the Canadian business culture demands in today's workplace.
